Services
Insurance:
I am able to work with many insurance providers to help cover the cost of your care. Some providers that may cover your care include (but are not limited to):
-
Aetna (in network provider)
-
Blue Cross Blue Shield
-
Cigna
-
Humana Military (Tricare East certified non-network provider)
-
UnitedHealthcare
-
VA CCN (Veterans Administration Community Care Network)
-
Carriers with a PNOA (Provider Network of America) logo
-
Carrier with the Multiplan logo
Insurance coverage is based on each individual plan and cannot be guaranteed.
If you do not have coverage through your insurance provider, you will need to pay out of pocket for your visit.
Cash Pay:
I will provide you with a superbill suitable for you to submit to your insurance to request reimbursement. This superbill (which will also serve as a payment receipt) will be coded appropriately to the level of service provided during the visit. You agree to pay the listed price at the time of the visit (cash, check, credit card, HSA, or FSA). If you have twins, you agree to pay an additional $25/half-hour past 2 hours.
Initial Lactation Consultation: $300
A first time visit for those experiencing difficulties, such as latch challenges, nipple pain, concerns about production, etc.
Follow-Up Lactation Consultation: $250
For those who have already had an initial consultation and would benefit from more in-person support.
Back-to-Work Consultation: $250
Working parents face unique challenges. A one-on-one session that covers pumping (including a custom flange fitting), working with your childcare provider, maintaining milk supply, human milk storage, bottle feeding, and more will be covered. Latching concerns will not be covered in this session.
Bottle Refusal Consultation: $250
If your baby is struggling with taking a bottle, but you do not need help with latching or pumping. These appointments usually require patience and some follow up as we work through your own baby's struggles.
Prenatal Consultation (virtual): $150
Great for first time parents and for those with specific concerns or challenges looking to map out a plan to get things off to the right start. This is especially helpful for those who have faced fertility issues, have thyroid conditions, or have a history of breast or chest surgery. This is your very own private breastfeeding class!
